Your spiritual nature, your mental nature and your physical nature are all interdependent and interrelated.
The individuated Consciousness projects your mind;
And your mind projects your body.
This is the intimate relationship among them:
All are projections of Consciousness.
There are practices to promote the health of your different natures.
For your physical nature:
Eat proper food.
The Indian Science of Ayurveda can instruct you regarding the foods that suit your particular constitution.
Get enough rest and sleep.
Exercise regularly.
Practice Yoga to unwind your physical imbalances.
The more your imbalances come into balance, the more content your mind is, and the more effective your Meditation Practice is.
For your mental nature:
Emphasize positive thoughts and limit exposure to the negative.
An optimistic mind makes your body a better place to be.
Limit the stress in your life as best you can.
For your spiritual nature:
Develop a Meditation Practice.
Practice regularly.
Your Meditation Practice that transcends affects your mind and your physiology in very powerful ways.
The experience of Self, of Divine Being, when you transcend the relative field in your Meditation Practice, transforms your mind and your physiology in the direction of evolution;
In the direction of Higher States of Consciousness.
As your mind transforms, you naturally make better choices for your life, for your happiness and for your fulfillment.
There is more of the positive and less of the negative.
There are many feedback loops among your different natures.
Your Meditation Practice is more powerful when your body is lined up energetically.
When the energy channels are more open, Prana moves more efficiently through the Chakras from the root to the crown.
Your Meditation Practice transforms your mind and your body in the direction of health and well-being.
The interdependence of your spiritual, mental and physical natures allows all your good practices to affect everything about you.
All your practices matter.
